This workshop is a great introduction to house dance culture. House Music all night long!!

Mind: The whole house experience including the music and history of house culture.
Body: Train and develop strong core muscles that will help connect to feeling of house.
FLO: Both traditional foundational steps along with new movements currently being explored by FLO-ology.
