FLO Radio – is a weekly LIVE internet radio show playing some of the dopest music and keeping you up to date with whats happening the San Francisco Bay Area. FLO Radio Also features archived episodes which you can download from this page.

FLO Radio is accepting Mixes to be featured on FLO Radio! Submitting a mix to FLO Radio must subject to the following limitations. Don’t trip if your mix doesn’t qualify, there is always good chance your mix will get featured on a Dance posting

1. Mix cannot be distributed to any other website or podcast on the net. Mix should be made specifically with MindBodyFLO.com in “Mind”.
2. The Mix will be subject to the opinion of the CEO and the Music Director of MindBodyFlo.com – if we don’t fully feel the track selection or style of mixing we won’t feature it – not to be dicks about anything, we just want to represent Flo Radio with a certain sounds (and bay area residents).
4. Must be a San Francisco Bay area resident, or living in the Bay temporarily for an extended period of time.
3. Full playlist must be included with (at a minimum): “artist name”, “remix name”, “song sitle” (not necessarily in that order). Any thing else extra – such as links to traxsource (or any place of digital purchase), timestamp, label etc.. are just a bonus.
3. Mix must be at least 60 minutes long – max 120 minutes.
4. File Format must be .mp3 @ 128 Kbps Stereo or higher – max 320 Kbps.
