Yo whats good playas, FLO is off in New York for HDI (www.housedancenyc.com) 2009; therefore, we havn’t been able to up to date with MindBodyFLO.com. I promise you as soon as we get back we will fill you in on some of the dope shit that went down (its been “mad” crazy “kid”).
